Neuroid Media is a performance-driven digital marketing and eCommerce growth agency providing services including but not limited to performance marketing, paid advertising, creative strategy, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), analytics, and growth consulting.

All services are provided subject to these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

3. Services & Scope of Work

  • Services provided by Neuroid Media are defined based on agreed proposals, contracts, emails, or written communication.

  • Any additional services outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and pricing.

  • Neuroid Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion.

4. Payments & Billing

  • All fees are communicated and agreed upon before project initiation.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Ensure you have rights to all content, creatives, data, and assets shared

  • Approve deliverables within reasonable timelines

  • Comply with platform policies (Google, Meta, Shopify, etc.)

Neuroid Media is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or delayed client inputs.

6. No Guaranteed Results

While we apply proven strategies and industry best practices:

  • Neuroid Media does not guarantee specific results such as revenue, ROAS, conversions, rankings, or leads.

  • Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All strategies, frameworks, creatives, reports, and materials created by Neuroid Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or reuse our materials without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

  • Business strategies

  • Financial information

  • Marketing data

  • Proprietary tools or methods

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without prior written consent, except where required by law.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Neuroid Media may use third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or policy changes

  • Account suspensions due to policy violations

  • Changes in algorithms or ad costs

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Neuroid Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the preceding 3 months

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed contract terms.
Neuroid Media reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Unlawful or unethical activity

12. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to hack the website

  • Copy or scrape content without permission

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
